Hours of operation Policy
Please be aware that NIY Projects business hours are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Business days exclude weekends, holidays, and vacation periods.
Payment Authorization Policy
By making a purchase, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the card used for payment and authorize the processing of your order.
Service Description Acknowledgment
Acknowledge the description for each service you purchase.
Order Communication
if the client is not in communication within five days of purchasing or hasn’t provided the requested information, their order will be canceled with no refund.
Restarting Services
To restart any services, the client will need to pay an extra $25.
Revision Requests
Clients will only have 24 hours after the service is completed to request any revisions allowed within the service they purchased.
Limitations of Revisions
After 24 hours,NIY Projects will refuse any revisions. Revisions are limited to minor changes, such as changing colors, fonts, and images.
Project Finalization
I acknowledge and agree that the project is considered complete and finalized once I’ve approved my website design via email. Any further changes will incur additional charges.
Turnaround Time Policy
Turnaround times are estimates; in most cases, websites may be completed sooner than later.
Design Sharing
NIY Projects has the exclusive right to share any and all designs on our social media, website, and other platforms.
No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES once my order (service) is purchased. Once payment is made, the sale is irreversible. If the client chooses to cancel the order, the design process will cease, and the order will be delivered as is.
